Young people are the driving force for the future development of the community. I hope that unemployed youths can obtain work experience and enhance their job-related skills to provide a solid foundation for future development. The Policy Address announced that 3 000 three-year jobs will be provided for those aged between 15 and 29. I propose to make a provision of about $1 billion over the next three years to create these jobs in collaboration with non-government organisations.
