Allocation of Expenditure
90. We estimate that total
government expenditure for 2005?6 will be $247.8 billion. Expenditure on
Education, Social Welfare, Health and Security will
account for over 60
per cent of the total, with 23.5 per cent for
Education, 14.6 per cent
for Social Welfare, 13 per cent for Health, and
10.6 per cent for Security.
